We will be holding player registrations online this year by filling out the form below.
If you prefer to pay registration via a check, download and sign the forms and mail a $100 check made payable to “WBDA” to the following address:

***A separate $100 “deposit” check will still be required to ensure uniform is returned at the end of the season and families work at our annual home tournament. These checks will be collected later at uniform checkout***
